When you visit our website www.lundexsoftware.com, mobile applications, and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy notice will describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our website, apps, and services.

This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our website ( www.lundexsoftware.com ), mobile applications (“ Apps ” or “ Products ”), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy notice as the “ Services ”).

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We want to collect the least amount of information from you as possible.

We do not collect any locally stored/saved information in a product. The above pertains to online applications/services only.

We do not intend to share your data with any other person, company, or organization.
The only reasons we would ever share your data is for the following reasons:

We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our website.

The Services or Apps may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services or Apps. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice or for as long as you use one of our products and do not request deletion of your data/account, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

If personal information is ever collected, appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information will be implemented. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services or Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We may store information for minors above the age of 13. Our online-connected products are not intended for anyone 13 and under.

You must be 18 or older to use our Programmer/Developer-for-hire Services where we would collect personal information, and we do not collect stored information. We do not collect personal information from minors.

7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or settings you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

8. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
